Where We Ship
We ship to U.S. addresses with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to U.S. Territories and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days after the shipment leaves our facility.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is currently free for all orders over $149 shipped within the continental US.

Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges
Orders placed on www.ectolifestyle.com can be changed or canceled up until the product ships. Once your order ships, changes cannot be made. Items can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date the only cost is return shipping. If your product was defective or damaged your return is free and a new product will be shipped at no charge. Exchanges can be made for 30 days after the ship date the only cost is return shipping. Email our service team at service@ectolifetsyle.com with your name, the product information, your order number, phone number, and the reason for the return/exchange. We will provide a return goods authorization
and any additional information needed. Please note: all returns or exchanges must be in new condition (not used) in the original packaging, and contain all accessories/manuals, straps, batteries, cupholders, canopies, and bags. Once we receive your return/exchange and determine if the return/exchange is approved we will provide a credit within 5 business days to the original payment method. If the return/exchange is not approved, we will return the item to
you once you pay the shipping charge.

Limited Warranty
At the exclusive option of AC Chair LLC (dba Ecto Lifestyle) defects in material or workmanship will be warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase by providing repair parts to the consumer, repairing the item, or replacing the item (with the same or similar product) Proof of purchase and returns good authorization required. No express warranties other than those described within. AC Chair LLC (dba Ecto Lifestyle) will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages
under any circumstances whether for breach of contract, warranty, tort, or negligence. Certain states do not allow limitations to the warranty so these may not apply to all consumers. Please email service@ectolifestyle.com for support.
Ecto products are designed for personal and recreational use.
Exclusions: Normal wear & tear, burns, rips, moisture damage, rust, fading, modifications, & abuse. The limited warranty excludes all fees associated with shipping the product to the manufacture and return shipping once repaired or replaced.
